Her experience includes many impressive achievements in collaboration with organizations from the public and parapublic sectors, as well as enterprises facing growth and transformation issues.
She supports managers and their teams, especially those from corporate service (HR-payroll-Finance) in rethinking their business model and work methods in order to improve performance and create added value for their clients or citizens. Following an overall diagnostic, she can accompany them during the implementation phases, as far as technology is concerned, but also in structure review, process design, management tools and practices improvement and change management.

Wubet Tadelle, MSc, has worked on several major projects to re-engineer clients' internal systems by analyzing current processes, gathering business and functional requirements, and performing software training to ensure the solution put in place is of quality. Her experience across diverse cultural environments, in England and Switzerland, allows her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of clients in the private and public sectors. With more than 15 years of corporate communications experience in Canada and France, Aurélie has developed and directed communication and change management initiatives to drive critical organizational and operational improvements in companies such as Bombardier, Volvo and Holcim Canada, among numerous others. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a PR consultant, she excels at meticulously translating organizational ambitions into clear, efficient communications tailored to diverse audiences. Aurélie ensures the smooth running of HR Horizons events, among which are the HR TECH conferences held in Montreal and across Canada.

Romain Charbonneau, M.Sc., is one of Canada's leading analysts in the field of human resources and payroll technologies. He founded HR Horizons in 2007.
Now wishing to devote himself fully to the business development of EDO Solutions, the main implementation partner of the Ceridian Dayforce solution in Canada, Romain has given his loyal partners, Jean-Baptiste Audrerie and Valérie Fichelle, the mandate to run HR Horizons.
He occasionally advises team members on certain strategic projects and he will continue to be involved in Horizons HR's outreach activities from time to time as an expert in the HR and payroll technology sector.
