Wubet Tadelle, MSc, has worked on several major projects to re-engineer clients' internal systems by analyzing current processes, gathering business and functional requirements, and performing software training to ensure the solution put in place is of quality. Her experience across diverse cultural environments, in England and Switzerland, allows her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of clients in the private and public sectors. As a consultant in HR business systems and processes, Wubet supports the team by ensuring that the management of projects to optimize our clients' human resources activities and processes are maintained.

Hélène Jacques, M.Sc., is a Business analyst, HR systems and business processes.

HEC Montreal graduate, she assists the team on several HR, Talent and Payroll selection and evaluation and technology plannig projects. In addition to this, she is in charge of the logistics for the activities and communications within the firm.

Romain Charbonneau, M.Sc., is one of Canada's leading analysts in the field of human resources and payroll technologies. He founded HR Horizons in 2007.

Now wishing to devote himself fully to the business development of EDO Solutions, the main implementation partner of the Ceridian Dayforce solution in Canada.

He occasionally advises team members on certain strategic projects and he will continue to be involved in Horizons HR's outreach activities from time to time as an expert in the HR and payroll technology sector.
