Choosing the right onboarding and integration platform

Choosing the right onboarding and integration platform
Improve the experience of your new employees

Thursday, August 27th, 2020, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am

*Please note that this session will be held in French.

Onboarding and integration are crucial steps for candidates in the recruitment process.

Guaranteeing a successful start-up, they require excellent administrative coordination as well as the collaboration of multiple stakeholders within the company. But if overlooked or poorly executed, they can also weaken your employer brand and ruin your recruiting investments.

This is why HR seeks to make onboarding and integration a rich and positive experience, to automate it and put it in the hands of fully empowered managers.

This training is intended for all those who are preparing to set up or develop their reception and integration journey, by incorporating some of the current best practices.

  • Do you also want to digitize and automate your onboarding and integration journeys?
  • Looking to promote your employer brand and enhance the employee experience?
  • Finally, would you like to rank among the technological options available to you and assess the costs and efforts required to implement such solutions?

In this virtual classroom we will answer these questions and review the following:

  • The best practices that must be considered in order to set up your reception and integration process in 4 parts:
  1. Administrative aspect
  2. Logistics component
  3. Professional component
  4. Social component
  • The main functional requirements for selecting technological solutions.
  • A selection of the best solutions available on the market to complement your current HR technology environment, whatever your budget and the size of your business.

Throughout this training, we will discuss the issues related to remote reception and integration, the objectives of operational efficiency (costs, delays, efforts), employee experience and data and security management.
